Set Realistic Goals
Everyone should have personal as well as professional goals and the beginning Internet marketer should set realistic goals to work toward. If you set your goals too high, you may quit in frustration and if you don’t set them high enough, you may find yourself surfing the net when you should be working. Although many that attempt Internet marketing as a career yearn to be their own bosses and work from their homes, it is harder to be self-disciplined than many people realize. Even if you don’t deal directly with customers, maintaining a website that caters to customers instead of the search engines is one way that you can put customers first. If you do deal directly with customers, listen to their concerns, always return their emails or phone calls promptly and always, always keep your word.
